Cultivating your intentions with Nadège & Aman
In this retreat we will emphasise on the practice of asana & pranayama clearing our perception, restoring the balance & sense of stability in the mind & body, allowing us to better understand ourselves. We will also be exploring a few a topics like Inversions, art of balancing, along with daily classes based on the blend of the precision of alignment and invigorating ride of vinyasa karma.

The Accommodation
«Le Refuge de la Coquille»
This charming hideaway open all year round, is hidden in the verdant hamlet of the Coquille and will seduce you at first glance. At 1732 meters altitude, at the foot of the Mercantour Massif in the High-Var valley (2 hours from Nice), you will discover wild and unspoiled nature.

The Pricing & conditions
Early Bird
Offer valid before 20th June 2016:
- Private room = 600€ / per person
- Double Room = 500€ / per person
- Shared Room = 500€ / per person
Kindly note no private bathroom/toilet are available.
Regular Price
- Private room = 650€ / per person
- Double Room = 550€ / per person
- Shared Room = 550€ / per person
A non-refundable Deposit of 200€ is required to reserve your place and rest of the fees are payable before 20th july 2016.
Refund Policy
Before 20th july all fees are refundable except the initial non-refundable deposit of 200€, thereafter all fees are only transferable, not refundable.
In the event you cannot attend the retreat but you know of someone who can take your place, you can transfer the full amount of your fees paid to that person.
Karma Yoga: Upon your request we will try to fine someone to take your place, If we do, we will be more than happy to refund 100% of your deposit!
