In this workshop you will be led into the initiation of pranayama (breath work) following the ultimate relaxation practice.
We will be exploring basic breathing exercises with meditative intentions, allowing the motion to come from consciousness. We will also emphasise on a few key restorative poses helping in restoring our balance and optimising the flow of vitality within our body.
Whether you are a sportsperson looking to restore or just looking to unwind, this practice will allow the body to escape to stillness to make way for the parasympathetic nervous system to come back to harmony.
